Restaurant AMBRA
Copenhagen, Denmark

Located in a former industrial building in central Copenhagen, AMBRA offers a refined yet relaxed take on casual Italian dining. Designed in collaboration with chef Andreas Bagh, the space blends Italian tradition with a Scandinavian sensibility. Warm, tactile materials such as travertine, terracotta, wood, and hand-painted tiles are combined with soft lighting and custom furnishings in plum, ochre, and earthy tones. A ten-meter travertine bar defines the open space, while vintage elements and layered textiles contribute depth and texture. The restaurant accommodates 80 guests and is designed to feel atmospheric and inviting, providing a calm setting for shared meals rooted in material richness and crafted detail.
