Developed in collaboration with chef Sergio Herman, the restaurant offers a refined yet informal dining experience that merges Japanese precision with French elegance. Warm materials, custom tulipwood furniture, and ambient lighting complement the building’s historic features. With 52 seats, including a bar and dining area, the space is enriched by curated artworks and layered textures.
