Restaurant Blueness
Antwerp, Belgium

In Antwerp’s historic fashion district, Blueness is housed in a 17th-century Renaissance building, where original stone columns and metalwork shaped the foundation of the design. Developed in collaboration with chef Sergio Herman, the restaurant offers a refined yet informal dining experience that merges Japanese precision with French elegance. Warm materials, custom tulipwood furniture, and ambient lighting complement the building’s historic features. With 52 seats, including a bar and dining area, the space is enriched by curated artworks and layered textures. Blueness invites guests into an atmospheric setting where craftsmanship, heritage, and contemporary detail meet in quiet harmony.
