Restaurant Cozinha das Flores
Porto, Portugal

In the heart of Porto’s historic centre, Cozinha das Flores and the adjoining Flôr bar offer two distinct yet connected experiences, shaped by the city’s spirit and craft heritage. Created in close collaboration with chef Nuno Mendes, the interiors feature aged stone, oak, and plaster, paired with warm lighting and locally sourced materials. Set within 17th-century buildings, the 34-seat restaurant is centred around an open kitchen and fireplace, framed by handcrafted furnishings and a ceramic mural by Álvaro Siza. Flôr bar provides a more intimate counterpoint, anchored by a sculptural horseshoe bar and a softly illuminated glass screen.
