The Largo in Porto spans five carefully restored heritage buildings and offers 18 individually designed suites, each laid out like a private apartment to encourage longer, more immersive stays. The interiors honour the site’s original features such as stone portals, timber ceilings, and granite passageways, while introducing a calm, tactile material palette of wood, stone, brass, and soft textiles. Developed in close collaboration with local artisans, the project reflects Porto’s craft traditions with a contemporary sensibility. A 34-seat restaurant and adjoining bar extend the experience through local cuisine and hospitality. The Largo is a refined retreat, rooted in history yet open to the present.
