Restaurant Le Pristine
Antwerp, Belgium

Le Pristine in Antwerp was developed in close collaboration with chef Sergio Herman, bringing together food, design, and art in a cohesive spatial narrative. Housed in a reimagined 1960s modernist building, the interior opens toward the city and a neighbouring Baroque courtyard. Raw structural elements are contrasted with warm materials, crafted details, and a palette inspired by the Flemish masters. At the entrance, a café and deli centre around a wood-fired oven, while the 72-seat main dining space unfolds beneath soaring ceilings. Custom furnishings, lush greenery, and curated artworks shape an atmosphere that feels distinctly Antwerpian, refined, grounded, and full of quiet energy.
