Le Pristine Tokyo reinterprets the spirit of its Michelin-starred Antwerp counterpart in a new cultural context, marking a continued collaboration with chef Sergio Herman and his first project in Asia. Situated on the ground floor of Hotel Toranomon Hills, the restaurant blends European and Japanese sensibilities through a layered interior of sculptural forms, natural materials, and subdued lighting. Elements from the original concept are expanded with works by both local and international artists. With 78 seats, the space offers a refined yet informal atmosphere.
