Restaurant Schloss Schauenstein is located in a 12th-century castle in the Alpine village of Fürstenau. Led by chef Andreas Caminada, the Michelin-starred restaurant offers an intimate dining experience shaped by local ingredients and seasonal rhythm. The interiors have been carefully reworked to preserve historic character while introducing a refined, contemporary sensibility. Oak, stone, and soft textiles define the palette, with custom elements crafted in collaboration with local artisans.
